We are a family run company based in the glorious state of California. Our roots are in sustainable sturgeon farming. We have been producing world class caviar for years. Now with the help of the U.C. Davis agricultural program, we have embarked on a new journey producing organic, sustainable lettuce and other greens using a closed loop aquaponics system. Working in tandem, these two operations support each other creating little to no water waste. The result is the most delectable caviar, as well as nutrient dense, sustainable, organic greens.
